Set years after the original Aragami, players become one of the last elite shadow assassins afflicted by a supernatural curse that slowly consumes both body and mind. As an Aragami warrior, your mission is to defend the Rashomon Valley and liberate your people from invading armies before the curse claims your life.

Unlike its predecessor, Aragami 2 features larger open-ended missions, expanded combat mechanics, RPG-style progression, equipment crafting, and customizable abilities. Players can approach objectives using pure stealth, lethal assassinations, or direct combat, adapting their playstyle to each mission.
