Arashi: Castles of Sin - Final Cut is a virtual reality stealth action game developed by Endeavor One and published by Skydance Interactive. It released on December 5, 2023 for PC VR through Steam and for PlayStation VR2, and is an updated release of the 2021 Quest game Arashi: Castles of Sin.
You play as a shinobi tasked with defeating the Six Oni of Iga, warlords who rule from fortified castles across feudal Japan. Each castle is a large stealth sandbox with several ways to reach your target.
Gameplay is built around physical VR actions. You draw and swing a katana, throw shuriken, fire a bow, and use tools to distract or eliminate guards. Staying hidden and choosing when to strike matters more than open combat.
The game is a single-player experience and requires a VR headset. On PC it supports OpenXR headsets, including Meta Quest 2 via PC link, Valve Index, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift S.
The Final Cut is a revised version of the original game that brought it to PC VR and PS VR2 headsets for the first time. Each castle has its own layout and guard placements, so careful scouting and patient use of your tools pay off.
It suits VR owners who enjoy stealth games, fans of samurai and ninja settings, and players who want a story-driven VR adventure.
VR requirement: This is a VR-only game. A compatible headset is required on both PC and PS5.
PC activation: PC keys activate on Steam and support SteamVR and OpenXR headsets.
PlayStation version: PS5 codes redeem on PSN and require PlayStation VR2.
Check the activation platform and region on each offer, and read how to activate your CD key if you need help. The official Arashi: Castles of Sin - Final Cut Steam page lists supported headsets.
