Blood: Refreshed Supply is a remastered first-person shooter developed by Nightdive Studios, based on Monolith Productions' 1997 classic. It launched on December 4, 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version following in 2026.
You play as Caleb, fighting through 42 levels of cultists, zombies, gargoyles, hell hounds, and other horrors in a quest to defeat the dark god Tchernobog. The pace is fast, the weapons are inventive, and the tone mixes gothic horror with dark humor.
Nightdive rebuilt the game from the original source code. The remaster includes the Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage add-ons, the new Marrow expansion, and the free Death Wish expansion. It also adds remade cutscenes, uncapped frame rates, resolutions up to 4K on supported platforms, and fully customizable controls.
Multiplayer supports up to eight players with cross-platform online play and local split-screen. Modes include co-op, Bloodbath deathmatch, and 4v4 Capture the Flag. Extended mod support is also included.
The campaign is split into episodes with hand-crafted levels full of secrets, traps, and alternate routes. Weapons range from a pitchfork and flare gun to dynamite, a tesla cannon, and a voodoo doll, and many of them have alternate fire modes that change how you approach each fight.
The game suits fans of 1990s boomer shooters, Lovecraftian horror settings, and players who want a polished way to revisit a cult classic.
PC: PC keys usually activate on Steam; the game is also sold on GOG and the Epic Games Store.
