The world has been consumed by a deadly Mist, and the creatures inside it, called Horrors, attack your settlement. During calmer periods you gather resources, explore and expand, then prepare for waves of enemies that test your defenses.

Its standout system is free-form fortress building. Walls, towers and battlements are placed brick by brick, and the way you stack and support them affects how well they survive a siege. Archers and other units fight from the ramparts you design.
