Constructor HD is a city-building and property tycoon game developed by System 3 and published by Deep Silver. It is a remake of System 3's 1997 strategy game Constructor and launched on July 25, 2017. On the Xbox One store it is sold simply as Constructor. You play a budding property developer who starts with very little and fights rival companies to build the most profitable town, by fair means or foul.
The loop is part city builder, part dirty-tricks tycoon. You build houses and factories, keep tenants happy as their demands pile up, and manage a cast of undesirable characters. Those same troublemakers can be sent after your competitors, and if all else fails, you can call in the Mob. Online multiplayer supports battles against up to three friends, and you can design and share your own city maps. The Xbox version supports achievements and cloud saves.
