Deadzone: Rogue is a roguelite first-person shooter developed and published by Prophecy Games. It fully launched on PC on August 11, 2025, and arrived on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on September 3, 2025.
Each run sends you through sectors of a massive ship, from engine rooms to the brig, fighting hunter drones, robotic spiders and other machines. Clearing rooms earns loot and upgrades, and death sends you back to start with permanent progress that makes later runs stronger.
Builds come from more than 30 weapons that can be modified with elemental affixes. Fire, ice, shock and void effects change how guns behave, while augments, perks and items let you lean into long-range play, stealth or close-quarters melee. Large biomechanical bosses test your aim between sectors.
You can play solo or in co-op squads of up to three players, with enemy marking and coordinated grenade use. Cross-platform play links PC and console players, and difficulty can be set per mission.
It suits players who enjoy fast FPS combat and the build variety of roguelites, alone or with friends.
Between runs, permanent upgrades let you reshape your character, improving survivability, damage or utility depending on your style. Weapons range from shotguns and submachine guns to sniper rifles and plasma cannons, and the right elemental affix can turn a basic gun into a crowd-control tool. Sectors grow harder as you go deeper, which keeps late-run fights tense even with a strong build in hand.
PC (Steam): PC keys activate on Steam.
Consoles: PS5 and Xbox Series X|S codes redeem on PlayStation Network or the Microsoft Store.
Add-ons: Cosmetic packs such as the Operative Pack are separate DLC.
Check the activation platform and region on each offer, and see our guide on how to activate your CD key. Support and news are on the official Deadzone: Rogue website.
