Full Throttle Remastered is a point-and-click graphic adventure developed by Double Fine Productions with Shiny Shoe and published by Double Fine. It is a remaster of the 1995 LucasArts classic directed by Tim Schafer, and it launched on April 18, 2017 for PC and PlayStation 4. An Xbox One version followed in October 2020, and the PC release also runs on macOS and Linux.

You play as Ben Throttle, leader of the Polecats biker gang. After a run-in with a suspicious businessman, Ben wakes up framed for murder and has to clear his name while uncovering a plot at the last motorcycle maker in the country. The story mixes road movie action, dark humor, and a short, tightly paced plot.

Gameplay follows the classic adventure formula: explore locations, talk to characters, collect items, and combine them to solve puzzles. A few action sequences, including roadside bike fights, break up the exploration. The remaster keeps the original puzzles and dialogue intact.

The main upgrade is presentation. Characters and backgrounds are redrawn in high resolution with 4K support, the audio and music are remastered, and you can switch between classic and remastered visuals at any time. Extras include a concept art browser and a developer commentary track with the original creators. It is a single-player game.

Full Throttle Remastered suits fans of LucasArts adventures, Tim Schafer's writing, and short story-driven games that can be finished over a few evenings. Newcomers get a polished way to try a well-known cult classic.
