Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons is the third expansion for Guild Wars 2, developed by ArenaNet and published by NCSOFT. It launched on February 28, 2022 and later arrived on Steam in August 2022. The story picks up as the cycle of Elder Dragons collapses, leaving only Aurene and the mysterious Deep Sea Dragon. Players travel to Cantha, a continent cut off from central Tyria and Elona for more than two centuries, to face the consequences.
The expansion adds four new maps across Cantha, nine elite specializations that change how each profession plays, and new weapon and armor skins. Its signature mount is the Siege Turtle, which carries two riders: one steers while the other fires the mounted weapons. A new Jade Tech Mastery line lets you unlock and train a Jade Bot with abilities such as gliding boosts and personal waypoints, and personal skiffs open up fishing for more than two hundred species.
