LEGO Builder's Journey is a geometric puzzle adventure developed by Light Brick Studio and published by LEGO Games. It arrived on Steam on June 22, 2021, and holds a Metascore of 79 on PC. Every scene is made of LEGO bricks rendered in close detail, from rocks and water to trees and machinery. The game tells a quiet, wordless story about a parent and child, with highs, lows and a theme of figuring out who we become.
Each level is a small diorama. You pick up bricks and place them to build paths, bridges and structures that let the characters move forward. Some puzzles ask you to follow the instructions, others reward you for breaking the rules and experimenting. There is no time pressure and no combat, which makes it a calm, short experience that suits puzzle fans, LEGO collectors and families. Creative Mode adds themed build plates for your own models, plus a Photo Mode for adjusting the camera and mood.
