Microsoft 365 Apps for Business is a subscription plan that gives each licensed user the full, always up-to-date desktop versions of the Office apps plus cloud storage. It is designed for small and mid-sized organizations and is available for up to 300 users.
Each user gets Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote, with Access and Publisher also included on Windows PCs. The apps can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones per user. Every user also receives 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage for files and sharing.
The "CSP" label means the subscription is sold through Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider program. Instead of buying directly from Microsoft, you purchase through an authorized partner, which typically manages billing and can assign licenses to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Terms are usually monthly or annual, so check the commitment length on each offer.
Microsoft 365 Apps for Business focuses on the apps. It does not include business email hosting through Exchange, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint. If you need those services, Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Business Premium are the more complete plans.
As a subscription, this license must be renewed to keep using the apps with full functionality. On CDKeyCompares, you can compare Microsoft 365 Apps for Business CSP prices from multiple sellers. Read why some software prices are lower before choosing an offer.
