Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp is a competitive dating sim developed and published by Beautiful Glitch. It released on October 23, 2020 for PC, Mac, and Linux, and is the sequel to Monster Prom.
This time the setting moves from high school to summer camp. Each round you pick activities, answer questions, and raise your stats to impress one of the romance options before time runs out. In multiplayer, every player races to secure a date with their chosen crush by the end of camp.
The cast mixes returning and new characters, including Damien, Calculester, Milo, Dahlia, Joy, and Aaravi. New systems include campfire moments and a stage full of magic mixed drinks that shake up your stats. Many events and secret endings are hidden, so a single session rarely shows the same scenes twice.
You can play solo or compete with friends in local or online multiplayer, with up to four players in a session. Short runs, many endings, and Steam Workshop support keep replays fresh. The game is in English only. A full run takes around an hour, making it easy to start a new game when friends drop in.
It suits groups of friends looking for a quick, chaotic party game, and fans of offbeat humor and visual novels. Newcomers do not need to have played the first Monster Prom.
PC: Most PC keys activate on Steam, which covers Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Console version: Console players get Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp XXL, which is sold as a separate product.
Language: Text and audio are in English only, so check that suits your group.
Before you buy, check the activation platform and region on each offer, then follow our guide on how to activate your CD key. For news on the series, visit the official Beautiful Glitch website.
