NASCAR Heat 5 is a stock car racing game developed by 704Games and published by Motorsport Games. It was released in July 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One as the official video game of the 2020 NASCAR season.
The game includes all official teams, drivers, and cars from the three NASCAR national series, plus the Xtreme Dirt Tour. You race across 39 authentic tracks, from superspeedways to short ovals and dirt courses, with the goal of becoming the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion.
Career mode is the core of the game, now with deeper statistics such as average start and average finish. Full car setup options let you tune your car for each track and your driving style, and the new Test Session mode lets you practice without AI cars on track.
For multiplayer, you can race online against up to 39 other drivers or play local split screen with a friend. Quick Race offers short sessions when you just want to jump in. The game is offered in English only.
It suits NASCAR fans, oval racing enthusiasts, and players who like tuning car setups to gain an edge. Quick Race and Test Session also make it easy to practice before starting a full season.
PC (Steam): PC keys activate on Steam and need a 64-bit version of Windows.
PS4 and Xbox One: Console codes are redeemed on PlayStation Network or a Microsoft account. Online racing may need PS Plus or Xbox network access.
Newer game: For the later official series entry, see NASCAR 21: Ignition.
Before you buy, check the activation platform and region on each offer, then follow our guide on how to activate your CD key. For full store details, visit the NASCAR Heat 5 Steam page.
