Pro Cycling Manager 25, the 2025 edition of the series, is a cycling management simulation developed by Cyanide Studio and published by Nacon. It released on June 5, 2025 for Windows PC through Steam, alongside the companion game Tour de France 2025.
You run a pro team across a full season. Recruit riders, plan training and calendars, then manage races in real time by giving orders to your riders on the Tour de France, the Vuelta, the Classics and the Monuments.
This edition moves to Unreal Engine 5, with reworked landscapes, more realistic lighting, and improved rain effects such as puddles and reflections. Sponsors are now individual partners with their own conditions, such as nationality, a share of young riders, results targets or title exclusivity, and you can sign one to three title sponsors.
Each career save has its own difficulty and preference settings, covering finances, opponent level, sponsor goals, rider progression speed and recovery. Promotion and relegation now follow end-of-season team rankings, and race AI handles sprints and hilly stages more realistically. Online multiplayer is also available for players who want to compete against other managers.
Pro Cycling Manager 25 suits sports management fans and cycling followers who enjoy long-term planning, contract talks and race tactics more than direct control. Players who prefer to race a single rider directly may find the companion Tour de France 2025 a better fit.
