SAND: Raiders of Sophie is an online first-person extraction shooter developed by Hologryph and TowerHaus and published by tinyBuild. It launched in Steam Early Access for Windows PC on June 22, 2026, after being known during development simply as SAND.

Each expedition drops you onto Sophie, a fallen desert planet in an alternate-history 1910. You chart a course across the dunes, scavenge cities, ruins, and shipwrecks for loot, weapons, and ammo, then reach an extraction point and return to an orbital station with what you found.

The standout system is the Trampler, a giant walking mech you design from modular parts. You can build a slow fortress packed with turrets, a small and fast escape machine, or something in between. Your Trampler carries your crew and your loot, so losing it in the field is costly.

SAND is a PvPvE game. You can squad up with friends or play solo, but every run is shared with rival players and with the supernatural undead Upiors that roam the cities. Encounters can end in combat or negotiation, and the procedurally generated map changes the risks each time.

The game suits players who enjoy extraction shooters, vehicle building, and tense multiplayer sessions where loot can be lost. As an Early Access title, content, balance, and progression are still being updated by the developers.
