After arriving at Rader Publishing for a publishing deal, they encounter James Rader's machine that creates simulations to explore stories. But Rader's true goal is to steal their creative ideas. During a scuffle, Mio falls into Zoe's simulation, and they become trapped together.
The only way to escape is traveling through "glitches" that throw them from one story (level) to the next. You'll face dragons, trolls, cyber ninjas, and robo-parking attendants while overcoming obstacles in this weird, wild tale of friendship.
