Super Robot Wars Y is a tactical role-playing game developed by Bandai Namco Forge Digitals and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It released in August 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with English text available.

Like earlier entries in the series, the game is a crossover. Robots and pilots from many anime shows fight side by side against shared enemies. You place units on a grid map, plan attacks, and watch animated battle scenes as each attack plays out.

After every mission you earn credits and resources to upgrade your units and train your pilots, so you can shape your army around your favorite characters. Super Robot Wars Y also adds the Assist Link system, which brings sidekick characters into missions to provide extra abilities and effects.

Featured series include Mobile Suit Z Gundam, Char's Counterattack, Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, Gundam SEED Destiny, The Witch from Mercury, Combattler V, Aura Battler Dunbine, and Heavy Metal L-Gaim, among others. The game is single-player, and voice acting is in Japanese.
