The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters is a side-scrolling survival horror adventure developed by Devespresso Games (Dvora Studio) and published by Headup. It launched on PC on January 28, 2020, followed by PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions in June 2020 and a later Xbox One release.
You explore a dark, hand-drawn world, search for clues, solve puzzles, and scavenge supplies. Running and using your flashlight make you easier to spot, so you constantly weigh exploration against staying hidden.
The main threat is Dark Song, a demoness who hunts you with new AI and can kill you instantly if she catches you. You hide to escape detection, pass quick challenges to conceal your location, and craft items to prepare for dangers. Some mistakes cause lasting injuries that stay with you.
The story follows Mina Park, a Sehwa High student who wakes up at night in her school and finds it warped into something sinister. She soon leaves the campus and enters the surrounding district, meeting strange creatures, mysterious strangers, and uneasy allies.
The game is single-player only. It suits fans of story-driven 2D horror, tense chase sequences, and Korean settings. You do not need to have played the first Coma game to follow the story.
PC: PC keys activate on Steam and run on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The game needs only about 2 to 3 GB of storage.
Consoles: PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch versions are redeemed on PlayStation Network, a Microsoft account, or the Nintendo eShop.
DLC: An artbook, a soundtrack, and cosmetic skins are sold separately and need the base game.
