Tiny Lands is a casual puzzle game developed by Hyper Three Studio and published by Maple Whispering Limited. It released on January 21, 2021 for Windows PC.
The idea is based on the classic find-the-differences puzzle, with a twist. Instead of two flat pictures, each level uses small 3D scenes. You rotate and zoom the camera to spot every change between the two versions, which means some differences only appear from certain angles.
Each scene is built in a low-poly isometric style, with settings such as beaches and other outdoor locations. Many include moving elements such as fire, rain, thunder, snow, and wind, plus ambient sounds like waves and seagulls. These details make each diorama feel alive and add a few extra places for differences to hide.
The game is designed to be calm. There is no time limit and no penalty for wrong guesses, so you can play at your own pace. It is a single-player game, and it does not need an internet connection to play, although Steam achievements and trading cards are included. The Steam store also lists separate DLC for the game, sold apart from the base key.
Tiny Lands suits casual players, anyone who enjoys short and relaxing puzzle sessions, and fans of cozy games with a clean art style. If you enjoy it, a sequel, Tiny Lands 2, is also available on Steam.
PC (Steam): PC keys activate on Steam. The game runs on Windows 10 and needs very little storage.
Sequel: Tiny Lands 2 is a separate game with its own key, so check the title on each listing.
