Two Point Hospital is a business simulation game developed by Two Point Studios and published by SEGA. It launched on August 29, 2018 for Windows, macOS, and Linux, followed by Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions in February 2020.
The game is a spiritual successor to Theme Hospital and was made by some of the same designers. You build and run hospitals across the fictional Two Point County, placing rooms, corridors, and equipment to treat a steady stream of patients.
Patients arrive with comical conditions such as Light-headedness, and each illness needs the right diagnosis rooms and treatment. You hire doctors, nurses, assistants, and janitors, train them, set salaries, and keep everyone happy while balancing the budget.
The campaign moves you from hospital to hospital, each with new goals and challenges, and a sandbox mode lets you build without pressure. The game is mainly single-player.
Beyond building, you handle epidemics, emergencies, and inspections while researching new cures and machines. Kudosh earned by meeting goals unlocks new items and decorations, and many hospitals add a twist such as harsh weather or a tight budget.
It suits management sim fans who like humor, planning layouts, and fixing problems as they appear.
Activation: PC keys activate on Steam and support Windows, macOS, and Linux. Console versions use the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, or Nintendo eShop.
DLC: Expansions such as Bigfoot and Speedy Recovery add new regions and illnesses and are sold separately.
