UNBEATABLE is a rhythm adventure game developed by D-Cell Games and published by Playstack. It was released on December 9, 2025 for PC and PlayStation 5, followed by Xbox Series X|S on December 17, 2025.
The game is set in a world where music is outlawed because it summons monsters known as the Silence. You play as Beat, the pink-haired vocalist of a small band on the run from the police, as she explores a series of areas, helps people, plays concerts, and fights cops. Along the way, she befriends other outcasts the police are chasing.
Rhythm sections use only two buttons, one for the top track and one for the bottom, as targets move toward the center of the screen in time with the song. The controls are easy to learn, but higher difficulties demand precise timing.
Story mode runs about 6 to 8 hours and mixes free exploration with large musical set pieces. Arcade Mode works as a separate game with its own progression, modifiers, a challenge board, an online component, and remixes alongside the story songs.
The soundtrack leans on pop-punk and Japanese rock, mostly composed by Peak Divide. UNBEATABLE is single-player and suits rhythm game fans and players who enjoy anime-style stories.
PC: PC keys usually activate on Steam. The game needs 64-bit Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, and about 35 GB of storage.
Consoles: PS5 and Xbox Series X|S codes are redeemed on PlayStation Network or a Microsoft account.
Editions: Steam sells a Breakout Edition upgrade separately. Check whether an offer is the base game or an upgrade.
