The Apex Legends Bloodhound Edition for PS4 is a physical retail bundle released in October 2019, themed around the Recon Legend Bloodhound, and designed to give players exclusive cosmetic content and in-game currency at a discounted price. The bundle includes five main items: the legendary The Intimidator Bloodhound skin (a devil-themed red and black outfit), the legendary Wrath Bringer Prowler weapon skin, the exclusive Feeling Impish banner, the exclusive Tormentor badge, and 1,000 Apex Coins, the game's premium in-game currency.
Originally priced at $19.99, the Bloodhound Edition was marketed as a value bundle for players who wanted to customise Bloodhound immediately and gain a head start with 1,000 Apex Coins, which can be used to purchase the Battle Pass, other cosmetics, or Apex Packs. While the physical disc is no longer widely stocked in retail stores, the edition is still available through third-party CD key retailers as a PSN (PlayStation Network) key, redeemable on PS4 and backward-compatible on PS5. Buyers comparing an Apex Legends Bloodhound Edition PS4 CD key should note that this is a PlayStation-exclusive bundle; the content is redeemable only on PSN accounts and does not include console-specific gameplay advantages.
