BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre is a top-down twin-stick shooter with RPG elements, developed and published by Big Way Games. It was released on October 10, 2019 for PC and Nintendo Switch, and a PlayStation 4 version is also available.
You play as Lou, the son of Satan, who returns home to find that Hell has been taken over by the worst evil of all: people and their mega-corporations. Your job is to clear them out, settle scores with the traitors, and rescue a demoness held by a villainous clown.
The game is split into four chapters, each set in a different part of Hell, including a fast food restaurant, the Skeleton Slums, and a Red Light District. Every chapter builds toward a multi-stage boss fight that tests your aim and movement.
Its standout idea is the booze system. Lou heals by drinking, and his blood alcohol level rises as he does. Being drunk can help or hurt, so you constantly balance staying alive against the side effects of drinking too much. You pick from six weapons and one magic ability, and the game is a single-player experience.
Despite the provocative title, this is a crude comedy shooter rather than an adult game. It suits players who like twin-stick action, tough bosses, and dark, irreverent humor, and who don't mind mature language and themes.
PC: PC keys usually activate on Steam. A separate adult-only content add-on exists, so check exactly what a listing includes.
Consoles: The Switch version is redeemed on the Nintendo eShop and the PS4 version on PlayStation Network.
Before you buy, check the activation platform and region on each offer, then follow our guide on how to activate your CD key. For screenshots and the trailer, see the official BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre Steam page.
