Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is a first-person action RPG developed by Eidos Montreal and released on August 23, 2016. It is the direct sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The year is 2029, and mechanically augmented humans have been declared outcasts and segregated from the rest of society. Adam Jensen, now an experienced covert operative, works in a world that despises his kind while crime and terror mask a conspiracy aimed at the future of mankind.
The game follows the immersive-sim tradition. Missions can be solved through combat, stealth, hacking or conversation, and Jensen's augmentations open different routes through each area. You customize weapons and upgrades to fit your style, and the decisions you make change how the story plays out. Much of the game takes place in a near-future Prague hub packed with side missions. On Steam, the purchase includes the Desperate Measures bonus mission and the Covert Agent Pack.
