Mafia: Trilogy is a collection of three open-world crime action games developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K. It launched on May 19, 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, with Mafia II and Mafia III Definitive Editions available that day and the Mafia: Definitive Edition remake following on September 25, 2020.
Mafia: Definitive Edition is a full remake of the 2002 original. You play as Tommy Angelo, a cab driver drawn into the Salieri crime family in the 1930s city of Lost Heaven. The remake adds new cutscenes, rebuilt missions, and an expanded score.
Mafia II: Definitive Edition is a remaster that follows war veteran Vito Scaletta as he climbs the ranks of the mob in Empire Bay during the 1940s and 1950s. Mafia III: Definitive Edition moves to New Bordeaux in 1968, where Lincoln Clay builds his own criminal empire to take revenge on the Italian mob.
All three games mix third-person shooting, period-accurate driving, and cinematic storytelling. The Mafia II and Mafia III Definitive Editions include their previously released story DLC. The games are single-player only.
Mafia: Trilogy suits players who enjoy crime dramas, mission-based open worlds, and stories that follow one character from the bottom of the ladder to the top.
PC: Most PC keys activate on Steam. Each game needs about 50 GB, so plan for roughly 150 GB in total.
Consoles: Console codes are redeemed on PlayStation Network or a Microsoft account. There are no native PS5 or Xbox Series X|S versions.
Bundle or single games: Each Definitive Edition is also sold on its own. Check whether a listing includes all three games.
