SCARF is a single-player adventure that mixes puzzles with 3D platforming. It was developed by Uprising Studios, published by THQ Nordic Mobile and released on Steam on December 23, 2021. The story is an allegorical tale about what it means to be a hero. Your mission is to trap rebellious souls that have created their own worlds, with a polymorphic, dragon-shaped scarf as your only ally.
Each world has its own mechanics. As you progress, the scarf grants new abilities such as gliding, a double jump and a liana-style swing, which open paths through environmental puzzles. The pace is deliberately slow, giving room to take in the art and the adaptive orchestral score. Collectibles scattered through the worlds tell more of the mythology and unlock an alternative ending, which rewards thorough exploration.
A SCARF CD key fits players who enjoy calm, story-driven platformers. Visit the official SCARF page for trailers and details.
