Space for Sale is a top-down management and exploration game developed and published by Mirage Game Studios. It entered Steam Early Access in July 2024 and reached its full release on April 15, 2025. You run a newly founded Space Realty franchise from a refurbished spaceship HQ, and your job is to turn untouched planets into homes and businesses that alien clients will pay for.
Each planet has its own biomes, flora and fauna, and some of the local wildlife sees realtors as food. You research these creatures to learn how they survive, then apply that knowledge to upgrade your structures and gadgets. Satisfied clients pay in resources that fund expansion, and as your reputation grows, more demanding customers arrive with special and sometimes risky requests. Events and mysteries on each world give exploration a purpose beyond building.
The game supports solo play or two-player online co-op, where partners share crafting materials and build the base together. It suits players who like the planning side of colony and base builders mixed with light survival pressure.
