Croc Legend of the Gobbos is a remaster of the 1997 3D platformer, published by Argonaut Games and developed by Titanium Studios with Big Boat Interactive. The PC version arrived on Steam on October 17, 2025. You control Croc, a small crocodile with a backpack, on a mission to rescue his adopted family, the furry Gobbos, from the sorcerer Baron Dante and his Dantini minions.
The core of the game is unchanged: 45 levels spread across five worlds, including volcanoes, ice glaciers and underwater caves, with enemies to tail-spin, Gobbos to free and bosses to beat. The remaster adds enhanced HD graphics, modern control options with an updated camera, and retro video modes for players who want the 1990s look. It also includes the Crocipedia, a digital museum built with members of the original team that holds concept art, level designs, animation tests, design documents, pre-release soundtrack mixes and documentary interviews. A Croc Legend of the Gobbos CD key is a cheap way to revisit a PlayStation-era favorite or try it for the first time. More details are on the official Argonaut Games website.
