Forever Skies is an action-survival game developed and published by Far From Home, a team based in Wroclaw, Poland, whose members previously worked on series such as Dying Light, Divinity: Original Sin and Outriders. The full release arrived on Steam on April 14, 2025. A global ecological disaster has covered Earth's surface in a thick layer of toxic dust, and you return hundreds of years later to find what is left of humanity's world.
Your airship is the center of everything. It is your home, workshop and laboratory, and you build, upgrade and steer it toward high-rise ruins and strange anomalies. You scan items to reverse engineer lost technology, harvest drifting debris for raw materials, research new food sources and protect the hull from lightning storms and hostile drones. Later you descend beneath the dust to explore a surface reshaped by evolved flora and fauna while hunting for a cure that could save humanity. You can play alone or in online co-op with up to three friends.
Forever Skies fits players who like base-building survival games with a strong exploration hook. A Forever Skies CD key unlocks the full game on Steam, and several optional DLC packs, including a Supporter Pack, are sold separately.
