PowerWash Simulator is a cleaning simulation developed and published by UK studio FuturLab. It left Early Access and launched on Steam on July 14, 2022, and is also available on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. The idea is simple: take a pressure washer to dirty vehicles, buildings and public spaces and clean every surface until it shines.
In Career Mode you build up a power-washing business by taking jobs around the town of Muckingham, earning money to unlock new washers, nozzles, cleaning agents and extensions. There is no time limit or final score in the main mode, which makes it a calm, low-pressure game. Free Play lets you replay completed jobs, while Challenge Mode adds Time and Water challenges for players who want a target to beat. Online co-op supports a friend in Career Mode, and up to six players can join a host in Free Play. Steam also lists cross-platform multiplayer.
It is ideal for players who enjoy satisfying, tidy-up sims such as House Flipper 2. A PowerWash Simulator CD key gets you the full base game; licensed Special Packs are sold separately. The official PowerWash Simulator website lists current packs and updates. FuturLab has since released PowerWash Simulator 2 as a separate game.

Free Play and Creativity: Replay favorite jobs and use your nozzles to draw patterns and art on dirty surfaces.
Special Packs: Add licensed DLC packs with new themed jobs, sold separately from the base game.
