Go-Go Town! is a town-building and management sim from Australian studio Prideful Sloth, which also made Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles. The studio develops and publishes the game itself, and its full release on Steam is dated July 16, 2026. You take the job of mayor in a pretty but run-down town, and unlike most city builders, you walk around the map as a character and do much of the work by hand.
The loop starts with laying streets and placing homes, businesses and services. Tourists arrive, and keeping them happy turns them into residents and workers. You hire staff, keep shops stocked and earn money to upgrade and expand. As the town grows, you set up industry zones, supply chains and logistics networks, then decide how much to automate and how much to micromanage. A house editor with 360-degree placement and a color picker, plus an outfit changer for your mayor, adds a personal touch.
You can build alone for full control or invite up to four mayors in online co-op, mixing local split-screen and online players. The bright, low-pressure style suits fans of cozy sims like Stardew Valley who also enjoy planning efficient systems. A Go-Go Town! CD key unlocks the game on Steam. More details are on the official Go-Go Town! website.
